Job Description:职位描述：

5 subjects of Level 2 / Attained / Grade E or above in HKDSEE including English Language and Chinese Language or
Form 5 with 5 passes or above in HKCEE including English Language and Chinese Language
香港中学文凭考试5科成绩达第2级/达致E级或以上，包括英国语文科及中国语文科或
中五及香港中学会考五科及格或以上，包括英国语文及中国语文

Minimum 2 year's clerical experience, experience in project administration working in developers, consultancy firms (architectural, structural or E&M) or construction companies are preferred
2年以上文员工作经验，有在开发商、咨询公司（建筑、结构或机电）或建筑公司工作的项目管理经验者优先

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

Responsibilities:岗位职责：

Coordinate with Department Heads (including Nursing Departments, Clinical Departments and Supportive Departments) with implementation of digital medical records

Review form content and standardise forms

Support departments for collecting and coding data and data analysis

Provide training and advice on the use of digital medical records

Provide editorial support to departments for preparing hospital-wide projects

Requirements:要求：

Bachelor Degree in health-related disciplines including but not limited to medical, nursing, medical science and public health

Minimum 2 years' experience in clinical settings, clinical research or public health management

Experience in the management of health informatics system would be preferable
