Operations Officer Job Description Handle customer inquiries and identify potential opportunities Liaise with internal and external parties to deliver smooth and effective workflow Collect and gather client/agent’s feedback on the service quality and report to the management Assist in explore potential business opportunities and handle business development projects Assist Supervisors in daily ferry operations and customer service Assist in liaison with government and organizations in relation to operations, planning or other projects Assist in analyze operation and financial reports, budgets and projections Handle other duties/ projects as assigned Requirements Degree or above in Transport, Logistics, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management or equivalent At least 3 years' relevant working experience, local ferry management experience is an advantage. Customer-oriented with a proactive and good serving attitude Presentable and strong in communication skills Self-motivation with a strong will to learn Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua Tour Services Officer (Water Tour) Higher Diploma or above in Tourism/Hospitality/Marketing or Equivalent 3 years’ relevant working experience Assist in promoting and marketing the Tour business Assist in daily tour operations and coordination with outside business partners Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua Less experience will be considered as Assistant Tour Services Officer Customer Service Representative (Water Tour) 接待海港遊乘客、處理票務、解答乘客查詢及渡輪上一切客運事務 中學文憑或以上 一至兩年顧客服務經驗 須能以廣東話、英語及普通話溝通 每天工作九小時，輪班輪休 本地船長練習生 接受在職船藝及安全培訓 接受渡輪駕駛訓練 公司全數資助各級本地船長考試及各項備試課程 中五/中學文憑或以上 懂游泳 熱愛海上工作 需輪班工作及輪休 見習輪機操作員 接受在職輪機操作培訓 海上工作安全培訓 公司全數資助各級本地輪機操作員考試及各項備試課程 接受在職輪機操作培訓 海上工作安全培訓 公司全數資助各級本地輪機操作員考試及各項備試課程 稽查員 負責碼頭操作 控制渡輪班次及處理緊急應變措施 中五程度或以上 最少2年顧客服務經驗 須能以廣東話、英語及普通話溝通 需輪班工作及輪休 渡輪水手 負責船上繫纜及清潔相關工作 負責起放吊板及協助乘客上落船 懂游泳及有顧客服務經驗優先 需輪班工作及輪休 碼頭水手 碼頭拉纜 控制閘口開關及升降台 協助乘客上落船 協助稽查員處理碼頭工作 懂游泳及有顧客服務經驗優先 需輪班工作及輪休 TO APPLY 申請方式： Interested parties please send application and resume with current and expected salary to Administration Department by email to admin@starferry.com.hk or WhatsApp to 9132 0820 申請者可將個人履歷、現時薪金及期望薪金，電郵至 admin@starferry.com.hk 或 WhatsApp至 9132 0820
