戰略客戶助理 Strategic Accounts Support Associate 更新時間：2024/01/05 工作地點：香港特別行政區 崗位職責： Work closely with Account Managers to provide high-quality services to key partners, collaborate with various internal teams to provide support in project management, daily operation, knowledge consolidation etc. 和大客戶經理緊密配合為品牌合作夥伴提供優質的服務，与各職能團隊密切合作，提供項目推進、知識沉澱、日常運營等支持。 Project Management: Responsible for the management of multi-brand projects. Based on the business goals that need to be achieved, break down key actions and the deadlines of each sub-project, regularly follow up on progress and TODOs to ensure the delivery of business results. Operational Support: Assist Account Managers in handling the daily operational needs of brand partners, such as adjustments to financial bills, menu settings, handling cancelled order enquires, etc. Knowledge Consolidation: Integrate the experience and methodology of the sales team to design and produce standardized communication materials, sales kits and FAQs, increasing the efficiency of account managers. Proficient in office software, basic statistical analysis skills. Good teammate, good interpersonal communication ability and writting skills. Detail-oriented, reliable, self-driven, able to deliver results on time with high quality in a goal-oriented manner. Open-minded and good learning ability, quickly understand new things and business logic. Proficiency in Cantonese and English is preferred. 本科及以上學歷，1年以上工作經驗； 熟練使用辦公軟件，基礎的數據處理能力； 良好的團隊協作、跨部門溝通和書面表達能力； 細心、可靠、自我驅動，能夠目標導向按時、高質量交付結果； 開放的心態和良好的學習能力，快速理解新事物和業務邏輯； 熟練使用廣東話和英文優先。 崗位亮點： Experience in the 'Zero to One' development of a fast-growing business.
