戰略客戶助理 Strategic Accounts Support Associate

崗位職責：
Work closely with Account Managers to provide high-quality services to key partners, collaborate with various internal teams to provide support in project management, daily operation, knowledge consolidation etc.
和大客戶經理緊密配合為品牌合作夥伴提供優質的服務，与各職能團隊密切合作，提供項目推進、知識沉澱、日常運營等支持。
Project Management: Responsible for the management of multi-brand projects. Based on the business goals that need to be achieved, break down key actions and the deadlines of each sub-project, regularly follow up on progress and TODOs to ensure the delivery of business results.
Operational Support: Assist Account Managers in handling the daily operational needs of brand partners, such as adjustments to financial bills, menu settings, handling cancelled order enquires, etc.
Knowledge Consolidation: Integrate the experience and methodology of the sales team to design and produce standardized communication materials, sales kits and FAQs, increasing the efficiency of account managers.
Communication and Coordination: Collect demands regarding KeeTa's systems and product functions from colleagues and brand partners, passing the feedback to product team and assist in optimizing existing processes.
項目管理：負責多品牌項目或影響用戶體驗專項的項目管理，根據需要達成的業務目標，拆解關鍵動作和各子項目完成的時間節點，定期跟進進展和TODO，確保業務結果的交付；
營運支持：協助大客戶經理處理品牌合作夥伴的日常營運需求，例如財務賬單調整、菜單設置、用戶投訴處理等；
知識沉澱：整合銷售團隊的經驗和方法論，形成標準化溝通材料、銷售工具和FAQ；
溝通協調：收集、反饋品牌合作夥伴關於系統、產品層面的訴求，並推動問題解決
崗位基本要求：
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 1 year of work experience.
Proficient in office software, basic statistical analysis skills.
Good teammate, good interpersonal communication ability and writting skills.
Detail-oriented, reliable, self-driven, able to deliver results on time with high quality in a goal-oriented manner.
Open-minded and good learning ability, quickly understand new things and business logic.
Proficiency in Cantonese and English is preferred.
本科及以上學歷，1年以上工作經驗；
熟練使用辦公軟件，基礎的數據處理能力；
良好的團隊協作、跨部門溝通和書面表達能力；
細心、可靠、自我驅動，能夠目標導向按時、高質量交付結果；
開放的心態和良好的學習能力，快速理解新事物和業務邏輯；
熟練使用廣東話和英文優先。
